Refund Policy

HonkBoard isn’t on sale yet: it’s in a free closed beta. This policy is for licenses bought once it goes on sale.

All sales are final

HonkBoard has a free trial, so you can make sure it works with your PC, your Stream Deck and your setup before you buy. The trial is the full app, with nothing locked, for 3 days on one computer. Because of that, we don’t give refunds for change of mind, for features you expected but that aren’t there, or for not using the app.

Please try it first. If something doesn’t work during the trial, email us before you buy and we’ll tell you honestly whether it will.

When we will refund you

We’ll refund you in full if:

• you were charged twice for the same license, or bought by mistake and contact us within 14 days without having activated it;
• HonkBoard won’t run at all on a supported PC (Windows 10 or 11) and we can’t fix it within 14 days of you reporting it;
• the law where you live says you’re entitled to one. Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under consumer law.

Customers in the EU and UK

When you buy, you agree that your license is delivered right away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to withdraw once it is. If you didn’t give that agreement at checkout, or the license wasn’t delivered, you can still withdraw within 14 days.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your order number and what happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded license stops working: HonkBoard notices within about a day and asks for a key the next time it starts.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. We answer every email, and a chargeback on a legitimate purchase can get the license disabled.
